Assistant Director Of Nursing Requirements:

• You must be a Registered Nurse.
• You must have at least 3 years of equivalent experience.
• You must be knowledgeable about Dementia and have experience in a Memory care facility.
• You must know assisted living regulations.

Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

• You must supervise the team in Memory Support.
• You must assist the Director Of Nursing with hiring, planning, and training.
• You must support families and be available to assist in touring the facility for prospective families.
• You must create an environment that feels like home to the residents.
