Job Summary

Looking for a Hotel Manager that has experience in the luxury full-service segment. This role requires effective leadership skills, creativity, great attention to details, and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience. Must have AAA -4 Diamond experience to be considered.

 

Hotel Manager Responsibilities and Benefits: 

·      Base salary and bonus to equal 90k to 102K.

·      Full Health Insurance paid by employer, plus dental and vision.

·      PTO, Holiday Pay and retirement plan / Relocation reimbursement if applicable.

·       Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry, Retail shop, and Transportation.  

·       Develop and manage the hotel budget, including room revenue forecasting, expense control and profitability

·       Evaluate, oversee, and provide coaching opportunities regarding job performance of Team Members.

 

Hotel Manager Qualifications:

·       Five (5) years of previous experience in a senior hotel management position, in a full-service upscale 200+ room hotel or resort environment required.

·       Two (2) years’ experience in a AAA Four Diamond Hotel is required. Relevant experience in a full-service upscale hotel may be considered in lieu of AAA Four Diamond experience.

·       Proficiency in hotel management software and systems required.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment and maintain physical stamina, proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with others.

·       Maintain a positive attitude toward work and engage with guests in a friendly and polite manner.
