Job Summary

Brand new Upscale Restaurant is seeking a General Manager to lead their team in St. Augustine. This requires a strong leader with a "can-do" attitude who understands New Restaurant Openings.


General Manager Benefits:

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead all FOH aspects at the concept.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence between outlets/leaders.
  • Create SOPs and guide the team to excellence.
  • Enforce all company policies.
  • Maintain and exceed all State and Local health guidelines

 General Manager Qualifications:

  • Strong New Restaurant Opening Experience
  •  Minimum 3 years of Fine Dining or Upscale Casual GM experience.
  • NRO experience is a must.
  • Excellent wine knowledge
  • Skilled at hiring and training new staff.
