Front Desk Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of guest-facing hospitality experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
• Experience in a boutique or luxury hotel, with knowledge of Forbes standards
• Ability to oversee all aspects of the Front Desk, Concierge, Reservations, and Bell Services
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail
• Flexible schedule availability; nights, weekends, and holidays required
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality is highly preferred
