Front Desk Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of guest-facing hospitality experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Experience in a boutique or luxury hotel, with knowledge of Forbes standards
- Ability to oversee all aspects of the Front Desk, Concierge, Reservations, and Bell Services
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule availability; nights, weekends, and holidays required
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality is highly preferred
