Responsibilities:

• Overseeing profit and loss and taking corrective action when needed
• Train, and develop an outstanding management team preparing each for the next level
• Manage brand standards alongside our company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Management experience --  at least 3 years in full-service with sales volumes over $6M
• Flexible scheduling - 5 days, 50-55 hr work week
• Valid driver's license
