Catering Outside Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the Sales team
  • Utilize outside sales, networking, telemarketing, and direct mailing to actively seek, negotiate and secure new and recurring business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with all departments and efficiently respond to customer leads and sales opportunities
  • Build relationships to Increase sales through trade shows, community, and professional organizations
  • Keep precise and accurate records and provide sales history and continuity to maintain a high quality of service

Catering Outside Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • Great communication skills with the ability to increase sales and negotiate contracts
  • Demonstrated ability to identify new business leads and new markets
  • Proven leadership skills and outstanding customer relations
  • Make decisions based on SOP's and company policies
  • Hospitality background and current clientele base preferred, but not necessary
