Senior Restaurant Manager manages and executes all front of house functions according to established procedures with the direction of the Operating Partner. Senior Restaurant Manager is a lead front-of-house management role.

Senior Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Articulate clearly to team members, other members of management, and our guests
• Supervises and facilitates training of all team members
• Supports the execution of inventory
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to ten hours in length each shift
• Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including a wok, mixer, slicer, as well as have the ability to use knives appropriately

Senior Restaurant Manager Job Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in restaurant management
• Experience in a hands-on, fast-paced, high volume environment
• Strong communication skills to resolve conflict and provide direction to your teams
• Experience working in upscale casual corporate restaurant chain, with established processes, systems, and accustomed to corporate structure and protocols
