Specialty Coffee District Manager Responsibilities:

  • Train, hire, coach, and motivate team/s
  • Oversee all locations and ensure the highest quality in brand standards daily
  • Financial and operational accountability
  • Ability to create a positive and warm atmosphere for all team members
  • Work closely with ownership to open new locations and scale for growth


Specialty Coffee District Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Cafe General Manager or Store Manager. At least 2+ years running multiple locations. The ideal candidate would have proven success managing multiple locations
  • Strong leadership ability and communication skills; ability to inspire others and build quality relationships with staff
  • Ability to set up efficient and effective systems in each store, and scale for rapid growth
  • Must have experience opening new stores and experience with specialty coffee
  • High level of comfortability with tech and POS platforms, financially savvy
  • Desire to be a part of a growing new concept
