Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Executive Sous Chef candidates must be of polished and professional character
- Be adaptable to the brand identity and assist in creating and maintaining innovative menus
- Lead the consistent execution of food recipes and plate presentations
- Hire, train, and develop team members and maintain a top-performing team
- Maintain top-notch cleanliness and safety protocols
- 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high-volume scratch kitchen, in a comparable role, managing 10–20 cooks per shift
- Systematic and process-focused; manage the cost of goods through purchasing and inventory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
