Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Executive Sous Chef candidates must be of polished and professional character
• Be adaptable to the brand identity and assist in creating and maintaining innovative menus
• Lead the consistent execution of food recipes and plate presentations
• Hire, train, and develop team members and maintain a top-performing team
• Maintain top-notch cleanliness and safety protocols
• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high-volume scratch kitchen, in a comparable role, managing 10–20 cooks per shift
• Systematic and process-focused; manage the cost of goods through purchasing and inventory
• Strong communication and organizational skills
