Responsibilities of Fine Dining/Upscale Manager:

• Managing the staff of the restaurant with positive engagement, transparent expectations, consistent feedback, and professionalism
• Work with the Executive Chef and the Corporate team on food and beverage direction, offerings, and experience
• Manage the financials including inventory, ordering, and pour cost
