Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

• 2 years+ full service experience as Kitchen Manager 
• Have a passion for developing your team by coaching, teaching, and training them to company standards
• Have impeccable communication between the FOH and BOH staff
• Support your team in providing an exceptional guest experience
• Hands on mentality with a positive attitude
• ServSafe Manager Certification, or the ability to obtain one
