General Manager Job Requirements:

• Proven ability to develop an analysis of all restaurants to oversee operations and identify areas for improvement
• Shown progression through a GM from a decent volume restaurant
• Ensure top-quality, customer service
• Meet company standards by implementing coaching opportunities with staff
• Oversee and analyze all areas needed for coaching staff
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
• Proven experience in similar role
• Proven experience in planning maintenance
• Solid understanding of operations
• Excellent communication 

General Manager Qualifications:

• 3-5 years management experience
• Must be high energy and outgoing'
• Background in similar concept
