Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Detailed, organized, focused, and MUST want to be involved in the creative process!
• Management of hourly staff in maintaining high kitchen standards
• Selection, hiring, and management of new employees
• Ability to maintain budget goals and train staff on best practices
• Demands the best at all times and creates a culture of dedicated teamwork of the highest standards

Sous Chef Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of running Casual Dining Concepts or Upscale Casual
• Experience with $5 million in annual revenue
• Steady Tenure
• Excellent Communicator, Strong Attention to Detail, Business Mindset
• Good Knowledge of Ingredients, Flavors, and Technique
