Sales Manager- Smart Compost Solutions
We are looking for a motivated Sales lead, for a company specializing in Smart
Compost Systems for the North America. This person should have experience and passion for food waste diversion and experience selling residential waste services to municipalities.
Responsibilities:
-Driving sales, building relationships with municipal clients, and promoting our innovative composting solutions to enhance sustainability in residential communities.
-Identify and qualify potential customers within the municipal market. Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness
-Conduct compelling presentations and
product demonstrations to commissioners, senior management and key decision-
makers within the municipal markets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and
potential clients while understanding their needs and provide tailored solutions
Qualifications:
-Proven success in sales, with a focus on solutions to municipalities
-Experience in engaging with commissioners and senior management is
essential.
-Strong prospecting, demand generation, and brand development skills as well as presentation, negotiation, and communication
-Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is
preferred.
-Comfortable with multi technology systems as well as effectively presenting technical products
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite are a must.
-Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
