This role supports our Purchasing Department and is a developmental role leading to numerous higher-level opportunities in our growing organization!



Key Responsibilities:

·        Assist in Procurement Processes by sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services as required

·        Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, receiving requests and other purchasing documents

·        Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery, resolving any issues related to delays or discrepancies

·        Coordinate/ collaborate with the team to fulfill business objectives on time and under budget

·        Other duties as delegated by the Purchasing Manager

 

 

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Project Management, Business, etc. preferred

·        1 year of experience in a purchasing role, preferably in real estate/ land development or a related industry

·        Strong Project Management skills with attention to detail

·        Proficiency in ECI and Mark Systems preferred

·        Proficiency in admin/ office software (e.g., Adobe, MS Office, Google Suite)

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills

·        Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
