Restaurant Floor Manager Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of Restaurant Management experience in Luxury Resorts
• Must be willing to relocate to a remote Caribbean Island
• Experience hiring, training and mentoring staff
• Experience with cost and usage control
• Scheduling
• Ability to work in any F&B outlet
• Hand-on leadership style
• Ability to perform all physical demands of the job
• Strong people and communication skills
