Job Summary
This exciting position requires at least 3 years in a front-of-the-house management role with experience in notable fine dining establishments. The candidate must be a hands-on leader and developer of teams. Experience in bartending and event management is a plus. Run it like you own it and you will be promoted!
Restaurant and Bar Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years in the fine dining segment of the industry
- Bartending skills required
- Certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers is a plus
- Proven financial and business acumen; analytical skills, and ability to meet and exceed set budgets
- Unparalleled passion for hospitality, food, and wine
Restaurant and Bar Manager Responsibilities
- Assist in oversight and management of all aspects of the property and associated internal departments
- Review and sign off on weekly FOH team schedules
- Oversee the management of reservation confirmations
- Responsible for beverage inventory and cost of goods
- Manage pre-shift messaging and oversee EOD notes as related to daily operations
