This exciting position requires at least 3 years in a front-of-the-house management role with experience in notable fine dining establishments. Restaurant and Bar Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years in the fine dining segment of the industry
• Bartending skills required
• Certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers is a plus
• Proven financial and business acumen; analytical skills, and ability to meet and exceed set budgets
• Unparalleled passion for hospitality, food, and wine

Restaurant and Bar Manager Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight and management of all aspects of the property and associated internal departments
• Review and sign off on weekly FOH team schedules
• Oversee the management of reservation confirmations
• Responsible for beverage inventory and cost of goods
• Manage pre-shift messaging and oversee EOD notes as related to daily operations
