Multi-Unit Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a GM in a HIGH VOLUME FULL SERVICE restaurant
• Candidates must be strong leaders with a proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor those around them
• Candidates with more than four jobs in the last ten years will not be considered
• Operate with integrity in all things
• Ability to travel between restaurants

Multi-Unit Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Control food and labor costs
• Lead your teams to exceed guest service standards
• Inspire your teams to keep each restaurant clean and sanitized at all times
• Lead your teams to exceed sales and productivity goals
