Job Summary

Our client is seeking a passionate Managing Director for the launch of their online casino with unique blockchain technology. This individual will play a pivotal role in leading this client into its next phase of growth as they roll out their groundbreaking casino and platform. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and overall leadership of the online casino division of the company. This role demands a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the online industry, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to fostering a decentralized future for gaming. Must be willing to work mostly in the GMT+08 to GMT+10 time zones.


Managing Director Online Casino Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan that aligns with our vision of decentralizing the online casino industry.
  • Lead the company through its website launch and beyond, ensuring sustainable growth and innovation.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the company’s long-term goals. 
  • Implement best practices in operations management to support the company’s expansion.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. 
  • Establish partnerships and relationships that will drive growth and enhance the company’s presence in the online casino industry.

Managing Director Online Casino Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the online casino industry with experience in blockchain technology or decentralized platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the current online casino landscape and a passion for reshaping it through decentralization.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a company or a major division through significant growth and innovation.

Managing Director Online Casino Compensation:

  • $200,000 -$300,000 USD base salary
