Job Summary
Seeking a Chef de Cuisine for an award-winning chef-driven restaurant that values a consistent and 100% scratch kitchen. This is a very creative position! This is the number one position in the kitchen, working under a well known chef in Savannah.

Chef de Cuisine Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef de Cuisine in an upscale casual environment
- Scratch kitchen and menu design experience
- Pastry experience a big plus, mainly breads & desserts (Salary could increase for a candidate with both Pastry & Savory experience)
- Food truck experience is also a plus
- No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years, with steady progression through a career
- Must be operations-driven, passionate, open-minded, and hands-on
- Can-do attitude personality is key - we value good service and understand good service is about serving one another
Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities Include:
- Builds teamwork through proper training, deployment, and communication
- The right candidate understands performance criteria and holds self and team accountable through effective coaching and strong follow-through skills
- Understands and executes an action plan to achieve goals
Chef de Cuisine Benefits:
