Seeking Dynamic Director of Dining Services for Our New Facility


We're looking for an exceptional Director of Dining Services to lead our state-of-the-art dining facility at our newest location in AR. This role involves managing daily breakfast and lunch services for approximately 550 employees. The ideal candidate combines a passion for hospitality with culinary creativity and strong servant leadership skills.

Director of Dining Services Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years in food service leadership
  • Extensive contract food service experience preferred
  • Proven ability to create high-quality, diverse menus
  • Strong skills in team leadership and personnel management

Director of Dining Services Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on leadership
  • Manage annual food service budget and control costs
  • Oversee food and supply procurement and storage
  • Evaluate and enhance team performance
