Grocery Produce Manager Responsibilities

• Ensure the success of the department through excellent customer service
• Plan attractive produce displays and ensure that they are replenished
• Receive, inventory, stock, and rotate all produce
• Coordinate returns and credits from suppliers
• Maintain company safety and sanitation guidelines

Grocery Produce Manager Qualifications

• Experience in retail produce and great customer service techniques is a must
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Verbal proficiency of the English language
• Stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, squat, bend, lift and carry boxes up to 70 pounds
