Exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our construction client's team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws
• Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding and benefits management
• Handle insurance renewals and maintain records
• Perform cash management, including collections and reconciliations
• Support financial statement preparation and monthly close processes
• Maintain compliance with tax filings and project documentation
• General office management duties

Requirements:

• 5+ years of previous bookkeeping experience
• Familiarity with Sage 100 accounting software
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Effective communication skills
