• Partners with Bakery Manager in leading all aspects of the guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, and work environment
• Partners with Bakery Manager in P&L management and inventory control
• Projects warmth, enthusiasm, and optimism that attracts and energizes others

Assistant Bakery Manager Qualifications:

• Previous experience in high volume upscale restaurant or food retail concepts preferred
• Charismatic leader
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
