Experienced Blow Molding Machine Technician needed to perform preventative and corrective maintenance for a successful manufacturing company. This position supports overhauling and installing equipment and will be cross trained on Blow Molding and Injection Molding machines. Blow Molding Machine Technician Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all quality, safety and work regulations.
• Oversee a group of blow molding machines
• Observe products for deviations and make frequent quality checks throughout the day
• Frequent checks of heat controls, cooling water temperatures, pressures, extruder and hydraulic units
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues of all machines
• Respond and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Perform mold and line changeovers

Blow Molding Machine Technician Qualifications:

• 5 +years experience in manufacturing in an industrial setting
• Technical School training preferred; HS diploma required
• Blow Molding Machine experience; Uniloy and Bekum machines experience preferred
• Proficiency with blow molding and injection molding equipment operations and troubleshooting
• Must be able to read and understand resin technical data sheets
• Basic math, computer, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair
• Ability to become forklift certified within 60 days
