Job Summary

A dynamic and client-focused insurance firm is seeking a seasoned Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a solid background in personal lines insurance. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with personal lines clients, ensuring their insurance needs are consistently met.
  • Oversee the entire policy lifecycle, from new business to renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidanceon coverage options.
  • Evaluate clients' insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and work with underwriters to secure optimal terms.
  • Assist clients with claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate communication between clients and carriers.
  • Proactively manage policy renewals, assessing changes in clients' circumstances and securing competitive renewal terms.
  • Ensure all client interactions and policy details are accurately recorded in our systems, maintaining up-to-date and compliant records.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance terms to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient in insurance management software (Applied EPIC preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A client-first mentality with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
