Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with personal lines clients, ensuring their insurance needs are consistently met.
- Oversee the entire policy lifecycle, from new business to renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidanceon coverage options.
- Evaluate clients' insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and work with underwriters to secure optimal terms.
- Assist clients with claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate communication between clients and carriers.
- Proactively manage policy renewals, assessing changes in clients' circumstances and securing competitive renewal terms.
- Ensure all client interactions and policy details are accurately recorded in our systems, maintaining up-to-date and compliant records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance terms to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in insurance management software (Applied EPIC preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
