Client Success Advisor Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to become a trusted advisor

· Deliver the existing customer service plan to ensure customer and company revenue growth

· Persuasive communication of company retail best practices (Critical Success Factors -CSF’s) so that clients adopt, implement and continue to embrace them throughout their lifetime

· Contact clients after field team visits to offer support, complete follow-up actions and close the feedback loop

· Continuously research industry trends solicit customer feedback and share insights with the leadership team

· Manage the new owner of the existing process and the reactivation process

· Ensure that all interactions and data are recorded in CRM

· Travel within a territory to work one-on-one with clients to help grow their business, share insights and learn from client interactions

· Review client performance and identify opportunities for growth

· Work with customers to resolve all equipment issues

· Assist outside field team on customer requests
