We are a premier Event and Catering venue known for our exceptional service and attention to detail. We specialize in creating memorable experiences for our clients, from intimate gatherings to large-scale events. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Event Planner to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

The Event Planner will be responsible for selling our venue's services, ensuring that each event is customized to meet the client's needs, and delivering exceptional experiences. This role requires a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Event Planner Qualifications/Responsibilities

• 3+ years as an Event Planner or similar sales role in a high-volume (6M+), multi-outlet events/catering venue
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and event logistics
• Lead and inspire a high-performing catering and events operations and sales team - coach, mentor, train, and support
• Build and nurture relationships with team members and clients
• Prepare and submit proposals, follow up to secure acceptance; secure deposits and sign contracts from clients
• Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, floor plans, and staffing requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure all elements of the event are executed flawlessly.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
