We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and bring authentic, innovative Italian cuisine to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate and craft daily and weekly specials that align with the restaurant's theme, customer preferences, and current food trends
• Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate kitchen team. Oversee recruitment, training, and continuous development to ensure a high standard of culinary excellence
• Monitor and manage food costs, inventory, and budget to maximize profitability without compromising quality. Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve financial goals
• Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience that exceeds guest expectations, with a focus on both culinary presentation and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in high-end Italian restaurants.
• Extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine, with a passion for creating authentic yet innovative dishes.
• Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities, from menu planning to daily operations.
• A creative mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
