Executive Sous Chef's Requirements:
- High-volume experience 4+ million a year
- 4+ years of Sous Chef experience in an upscale casual dining environment
- Effective communication skills and the ability to lead
- Bilingual is a plus
- Strong work ethic and capable of working under pressure
Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Maintaining food cost
- Ability to teach a winning crew
- Oversee service and expediting from the line
- Expert in using knives and all cooking equipment for preparation
- Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations
