Senior Estate Planning Associate Responsibilities:

• Draft wills, trusts, and various estate planning documents.
• Oversee and review third-party preparation of estate planning documents.
• Conduct preliminary drafting of simple 709 and 706 tax returns.
• Advise clients on strategies to achieve their estate planning objectives.
• Clearly explain complex legal concepts and estate plans to clients.

Senior Estate Planning Associate Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years of experience in estate planning
• Strong academic credentials with excellent research and writing abilities
• Proven practical experience in case management
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Admission to the FL State Bar
