Job Summary

Luxurious, eco-conscious Inn at the foot of the beautiful Grand Teton Mountains in Jackson Hole, WY, seeks an experienced Innkeeper & Chef Couple for a luxury 10-room B&B.


The Innkeeper needs to have strong GM-level experience. A boutique hotel background is ideal. The chef will oversee a sous chef, be primarily responsible for fabulous breakfasts and happy hours, and assist with small events. Large events are catered from the outside.


There is a marvelous housekeeping couple who have been employed for close to ten years. The Inn can accommodate up to 24 guests and host up to 200 for an event. This is a fantastic opportunity to run a top-rated property with great outdoor activities in unique surroundings.


Innkeeper and Chef Benefits:

  • A competitive annual salary of $90,000 for the couple, DOE, plus additional income of $20,000 to $25,000 from event fees
  • An onsite apartment is included with WiFi and all utilities, valued at roughly $35,000 per year in this region - includes a den and view deck
  • One month of paid vacation per year during shoulder seasons

Innkeeper and Chef Requirements:

  • Innkeeper: strong GM-level experience at an Inn or Boutique Hotel with high-end food service
  • Chef: creative and able to provide freshly-made, high-quality cuisine using locally sourced ingredients, responsible for all aspects of providing daily breakfast and evening appetizer receptions, and assist with plated bistro dinners two or three nights per week, depending on the season
  • The Innkeeper represents the Inn warmly and graciously to all guests - welcomes guests on arrival, manages reservations & event bookings, phone & digital inquiries, and offers concierge service for local activities and dining and dining
  • Manages repairs and maintenance needs
  • Manage vendors, ordering, inventory, and cost controls
  • Assist with housekeeping as needed
  • A stable couple who will be able to stay with this property for a minimum of 3-5 years
  • Hospitality-driven attitude and willingness to make real connections with guests
  • A small dog that doesn't bark is OK, but no cats
