Banquet Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an individual to support the head of the department in banquet sales. If you have experience in event/banquet sales and are looking to build a career in the hospitality industry this may be the role for you!

Banquet Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Support the head of the banquet department in sales and event operations
  • Help execute sales plans targeting clients, private parties, weddings, and events
  • Consult with clients to understand their event requirements and provide event packages
  • Oversee event operations team in the absence of the department head

Banquet Sales Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in event or banquet sales
  • Ability to use email, Triple Seat software, and Toast POS
  • Communicate, manage time, and prioritize sales leads effectively
  • Must have a professional hospitality mindset
