Job Summary
This position is responsible for applying general principles of accounting, reviewing, and analyzing financial information, and preparing financial reports. An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, and seeking a challenging role. You will be planning, implementing, and supervising the company’s financial strategy.

Financial Administrator Responsibilities:
- Hire, train and manage internal auditors
- Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipt and financial assets
- Manage the company’s financial transactions
- Perform the relationship between the company and the third-party accounting firm
- Follow the company’s accounting procedures
- Create, monitor, and analyze financial accounting data
- Presenting potential scenarios and outcomes to Management Team
- Report to HQ all needed accounting information
Financial Administrator Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience with accounting software, ERP, and databases
- Strong data management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to details
- Creative and critical thinking is necessary
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Some Oral and written Spanish fluency
