Job Summary

This position is responsible for applying general principles of accounting, reviewing, and analyzing financial information, and preparing financial reports. An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, and seeking a challenging role. You will be planning, implementing, and supervising the company’s financial strategy.

Financial Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train and manage internal auditors
  • Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipt and financial assets
  • Manage the company’s financial transactions
  • Perform the relationship between the company and the third-party accounting firm
  • Follow the company’s accounting procedures
  • Create, monitor, and analyze financial accounting data
  • Presenting potential scenarios and outcomes to Management Team
  • Report to HQ all needed accounting information


Financial Administrator Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in similar positions.
  • Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience with accounting software, ERP, and databases
  • Strong data management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Creative and critical thinking is necessary
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Some Oral and written Spanish fluency
