Reservations Manager Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Hotel Front Office Manager in a full-service or luxury property
• Experience with Opera Cloud is highly preferred
• Train and develop a team of associates and supervisors with superior customer service skills
• Ability to implement and manage to Forbes Travel Standards
• High degree of organization and attention to detail, able to balance room types and overselling in a 500+ room property
