We are looking for our next banquet Chef! Ideal candidates will be highly organized, highly creative, have great tableside manner with guests, and communicate well with other departments!

This position is in Naples, FL and will require working and living in this area.

Luxury Resort Banquet Chef Qualifications:

• 2+ years as a Banquet Chef or Executive Banquet Sous Chef for a $10M+ banquet program
• 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
• High level of organization, preparation, and planning
• Experience with purchasing, scheduling, and attending BEO meetings
• High level of creativity and polish
• Excellent tableside manner with guests- must be comfortable speaking with clients during a tasting

Luxury Resort Banquet Chef Responsibilities:

• Manage the banquet culinary team with consistency and integrity
• Work with the sales and banquet departments on all groups, events, and catering
• Work with the sales team to create menus that are appealing, priced accordingly, and maximize revenue and capture
• Work with the Culinary leadership team on the culinary vision for the property
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all banquet events
