Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• 3–5 years GM experience in a full-service, upscale scratch kitchen environment 
• Experience in sales volumes of up to $4 million per year, inclusive of Private Events
• Wine knowledge preferred
• Exceptionally service-oriented and hospitality-driven
• Established longevity & career progression 
• Professional image & demeanor
