Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Drive Thru experience preferred
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to meet guest demand.
• Training and mentoring staff to maintain high levels of performance and productivity.
• Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures aimed at improving overall efficiency and profitability.
