Looking for a licensed Delaware Professional Land Surveyor with at least 3–5 years of experience in land surveying, with a proven track record of successful project completion to join an Employee Owned firm!

Professional Land Surveyor Responsibilities:

• Conduct measurements of various location areas including the addition of surveying topographies, boundaries and construction staking.
• Overseeing the property boundaries and conduct the descriptions for boundaries under legal standards.
• From understanding the surveys, use GIS and CAD software to create maps, plats, and reports.
• Overseeing that all activities adhere to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Maintain surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, and levels.
• Working on accurate records, survey notes, and legal documents.

Professional Land Surveyor Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Licence in DE Professional Land Surveyor
• 3–5 years of experience in land surveying
• Strong experience with surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS applications) and use of modern surveying instruments.
• Background with boundary law, surveying principles, and land development processes.
• Ability to analyze complex data, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• The ability to work outside and in various weather conditions while lifting and carry surveying equipment.
