Electronics Engineering Director Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and technical leadership to the electronic engineering departments

• Oversee the design, testing, and validation of electronic systems and components

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electronic engineering challenges

• Mentor and develop a team of engineering managers and design engineers

Electronics Engineering Director Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)

• 15+ years of electronic product design experience

• 10+ years of power product design experience

• 3+ years of second-level management experience in engineering groups

• Strong knowledge of low power, high power, and digital electronic product design

• Experience managing software and mechanical developments for electronic products

• Proven track record in developing and executing technology roadmaps

• Extensive understanding of industry standards, especially for high power products

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Experience working with international design and manufacturing teams
