Our client is a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm looking for a Business Development Leader to drive and oversee their company strategy for their Mixed-Use client division. This includes developing and implementing market growth strategies that capture market share, optimize existing client relationships, and maximize the firm’s profitability. 

National Practice Leader - Mixed-Use Benefits and Compensation

• Fully remote position
• Base salary of $200-240k + commission
• Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement

National Practice Leader - Mixed-Use Responsibilities

• Ownership of the business development strategy for the Mixed-Use division.
• Capture market share while maximizing current client relationships.
• Represent the organization nationally as a thought leader in Mixed-Use design.
• Have a deep understanding of the competitive market and how to win.
• Collaborate throughout the firm to increase capabilities while maximizing productivity.
• Develop pricing strategies that optimize organizational profitability.

National Practice Leader - Mixed-Use Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 5+ years of business development experience for an architectural design firm
• Must have Mixed-Use project experience
• 5+ years of management and full P&L experience
• 2+ years of experience with the development of Mixed-Use design projects
