Stunning Taos, New Mexico iconic hotel and spa is looking for an experienced General Manager in the luxury, independent property. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and leading a high performing team.

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

• 3-5 years as General Manager in an independent hotel, 4-diamond preferred
• Rebranding knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of AAA and Forbes requirements for grading
• Experience with Spa and Wellness programs required
• Must live and work in Taos, New Mexico

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage a successful team of associates to meet benchmark of high performance indicators
• Strong financial acumen
• Work directly with the management company on the vision and development of the hotel
• Help sales team in closing new business and take active involvement in pricing business.
• Become involved in community events and city leadership to promote the property

Hotel General Manager Benefits:
