Job Summary

Our client, a leader that's pivotal in shaping the future of wealth management through Fintech, is seeking a Principal Wealth Manager with a transferable book of business for their growing team. In this dynamic role, you'll actively manage high net worth client relationships and portfolios while also nurturing new client leads. Collaborating with Product Development and M&A teams, you'll influence the direction of the advisor technology platform, recruit top talent, and facilitate staff training.

Principal Wealth Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, supporting Business Development efforts.
  • Collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative client data, assisting in defining their financial planning and investment goals.
  • Provide comprehensive financial advice including investment strategy, tax planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and more.
  • Identify and address potential client issues, clarify goals, and prepare financial plans.
  • Design and implement long-term investment strategies and asset allocations.
  • Collaborate with third-party service providers across various specialties to optimize client outcomes.
  • Offer insights to Product Development for platform enhancement.

Principal Wealth Manager Requirements:
  • 10+ years of investment advisory experience.
  • Existing client book of business.
  • Certified as an Investment Adviser Representative (Series 65, Series 7 + 66)
  • Excitement for the Fintech industry.
