Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Fine Dining Sous Chef with Country Club experience.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- To effectively supervise and delegate food preparation duties pertinent to all Dining Outlets and Banquets.
- Estimates food consumption and purchases or requisitions food, related products and kitchen supplies, determining best purveyors based on cost, quality and service.
- Manages inventory and adheres to weekly food spend
- Schedule and supervise the preparation of all food prior to service periods to ensure punctual delivery and properly prepared foods.
- Participates in the preparation and service of all food.
Sous Chef Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four year College or University in Hotel/Restaurant Management and/or Culinary Arts, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef
