Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH team
• Financial accountability - experience managing finances (costs and labor)
• Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation at all times
• Execute a high level of food quality in a fast-paced environment
• Run efficient and organized BOH operations

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years as a Kitchen Manager in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Prefer strong corporate restaurant systems experience with 2+ million in sale volume per year
• Strong leadership skill set and highly organized
• Desire to grow with a growing restaurant group
• Culinary degree is preferred
