Roadway PM Engineer Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Education and License: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) and a PE License (Indiana/Ohio)
• Experience: 10-15 years in roadway design, with experience preparing plans for DOT projects
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, strong technical writing, and verbal communication skills
• Project Management: Manage roadway projects, including client and consultant coordination, supervise staff, and develop construction plans
• Design Expertise: Design roadway projects, including horizontal and vertical alignment, drainage, ditch profile, guardrail calculations, and super elevation diagrams
• Supervision: Oversee the preparation of CAD drawings, quantity calculations, cost estimates, erosion control plans, and maintenance of traffic plans
