Restaurant General Manager Requirements

• 3+ years as a salaried GM in restaurants generating $3M+ in annual sales
• P&L management and strong proficiency in Excel, POS, and Windows
• Proven leadership in developing teams and fostering a positive work environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
